Refund policy

At HITRONS INTELLIGENCE LIMITED, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • With original tags attached (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or refund

  • Photos or videos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Eligible Return Situations

Returns or refunds may be accepted in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The product does not match the description

  • The item is unused and returned within 30 days


Return Shipping Costs

Shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

If the issue is our responsibility:

  • Damaged item

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item sent

We will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons:

  • Changed mind

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • No longer needed

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Return Processing Fee

We do not charge a restocking or return handling fee for approved returns.

However, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or modified by the customer


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
