1.Custom eyewear is a highly personalized service and is not eligible for returns or exchanges without reason.
2.Production time for custom eyewear is approximately 10 days.
3.Delivery times depend on actual courier performance.
4.Once production begins, returns, exchanges, or lens replacements are not supported.          5.Prescription information should be obtained from a licensed medical institution to ensure accuracy.
6.Smart glasses are non-detachable; damage from disassembly is not covered by returns or exchanges.
